Eureka-Tech (operator of Avoria) wants you to feel good about your purchase. This policy explains the refund window for Avoria Pro and how to request one.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with Avoria Pro, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked. The 7-day free trial means most customers cancel before any charge in the first place.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Avoria orders. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
  • Email us at info@iavoria.eu with your order details and we'll forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after approval.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your Avoria Pro subscription at any time from inside the app. Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
